At RYOS NZ, we are committed to ensuring you have the right gear for your game. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your RYOS account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and protective covers are still attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized New Zealand Post location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
